According to Bloomberg Intelligence, Saudi Arabia seeks to diversify away from oil through multiple large-scale construction projects. In an analyst note, Bloomberg Intelligence also said that Saudi Arabia needs to address a chronic housing shortage and has a strategy to deliver more than a million new homes.
